Experiencing same.

However, when this happens the Citrix Delivery Services Console becomes unusable so I am unable to log off any users. I'm left with rebooting the server. Which is a whole other issue. I always have to do a Force Shutdown. Installed a hotfix that was meant to alleviate the issue but to no avail. Here's that Hotfix, http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX126211.

Hopefully somebody will figure out the issue in this thread. Citrix Tech Support hasn't been able to...
